  4. When you purchase a service or digital product on this website, confirmation will be sent to your email immediately or within 24 hours of payment notification. Therefore, it is essential to verify that your email is correctly entered.

Data Processing | If you purchase any services on this website, you will receive communications about informational, commercial, and/or promotional updates (including gifts, prizes, discounts, contests, or promotional games), all of which will be clearly identified and explained. You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

Seller, Instructor, and Author of All Courses and Content | Gonzalo W. Bolla, with DNI 6004***** and address at Can Travi 32, Barcelona, Spain, contact [email protected], is the seller (also referred to as the vendor). He is the owner and creator of all the content of the courses, programs, workshops, or digital products offered on this website and is the beneficiary of the payments.

Price | To access the course content, you must pay the listed price shown at the time of purchase on the corresponding sales page.

Installment Payments | If allowed, this will be specified by the vendor on the sales page. Important: Installment payments are only accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or Hotmart.

Payment Methods | BBVA, Bizum, PayPal, Stripe, Hotmart, Instagram, and Facebook shop. For buyers in Spain, the price includes VAT.

Buying and Paying | This is the act by which the buyer or client pays the listed price at the time of purchase to access the chosen course.

Buyer or Client | The person who pays to access the course, workshop, or digital content offered by the vendor.

Payment and Distribution Platform | The digital products and courses offered on this website may be managed and distributed through Hotmart.

In such cases, payment processing, issuance of invoices, and, where applicable, refunds, are governed by Hotmart’s own Terms and Conditions.

Purpose of the Contract | The buyer pays the listed price to access the Product or Digital Product for one year (natural year from the date of purchase), unless stated otherwise. In the case of Courses, Programs, or Workshops, access includes updates made within that time. All use is strictly personal—viewing, listening, or downloading as permitted.

Unlimited access will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page. The one-year term may only be interrupted in the event of illness, accident, or death of the vendor. Under such circumstances, the contract will be terminated.

If you purchase a session or a package of sessions, these will be conducted via a single videoconference or multiple sessions as stated.

In the case of group programs, courses, or workshops, access is provided as described on the sales page, including access to any dedicated groups if applicable.

Content Access | Once payment is confirmed, access is granted via Hotmart, where clients can register with their email. In some cases, access may be managed through WordPress, requiring the creation of a username and password. This will be indicated on the product’s sales page.

Clients must store their login credentials securely. In case of loss or forgotten password, recovery is possible via the platform.

The vendor reserves the right to accept or reject a client for legal or personal reasons (e.g., prior disputes, disrespect, or suspected unfair competition). Payments and access may be denied for previous issues.

Guarantees | Buyers must register with an email address where they wish to receive product access. Confirmation will be sent via Hotmart or WordPress/ActiveCampaign within 24 hours of purchase.

IF THE BUYER DOES NOT RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT If no access is received within the above timeframe, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “ACCESS NOT RECEIVED”. The vendor will give priority to your request.

If an incorrect email is provided, it may take up to 10 business days to verify and grant access.

Personal Use Access to products or services is for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Written permission is required for any reproduction, sharing, or alteration.

Content Expulsion Any buyer engaging in unfair competition (e.g., sharing proprietary information, evading payment, reselling content, or damaging the vendor’s brand or reputation) may be expelled.

Access will also be revoked if login credentials are shared or in case of disrespectful conduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases, and the buyer must prove destruction of all downloaded materials. Legal action may follow.

Confidentiality and Group Rules Digital programs may be hosted on Facebook, WhatsApp (Meta), or Zoom. By participating, the client agrees to:

  • Respect confidentiality.

  • Not store or misuse participant data.

  • Not message other members privately.

  • Not compete unfairly or offer similar products.

  • Not reproduce or replicate any content.

  • Not share individual consultations in group settings.

  • Not share or post content outside the group.

  • Respect all members and the admin. Violations may result in expulsion without refund.

Confidential Meetings All group or individual sessions are confidential. Clients must refrain from sharing images or content from these meetings. Responsibility lies solely with the buyer.

Technical Issues If connection issues or platform problems (e.g., Zoom, Facebook, WhatsApp) occur for more than 15 minutes, the event will be rescheduled.

Punctuality Clients are expected to be on time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Group sessions are not recoverable.

Transferability Services are personal and non-transferable. Once payment and registration are completed, they cannot be transferred.

Early Termination Unfair competition, content misuse, access sharing, or disrespect will result in contract termination and possible legal action.

Service Termination Service ends when the agreed purpose is fulfilled, or due to expiration, early termination, or content expulsion. All content and improvements remain the vendor’s property.

Promotions and Discounts Promotional sales are offered at a reduced price for a limited time. No refunds or cancellations apply to these offers.

Coupons Coupons provide discounted prices and follow the rules stated in the “offers” section.

Refunds Refunds are only possible at full price (no discounts) and requested within 14 calendar days of purchase. Accepted only if:

  • The vendor cannot prove access was sent.

Refunds will NOT be accepted if:

  • Buyer submitted incorrect email and did not report it.

  • Payment failed or was not received.

  • Buyer didn’t check spam folder.

Client Duties if Refund is Granted

  • Destroy all downloaded content.

  • Do not use the refunded content.

  • Do not defame the vendor.

Even in valid refunds, only up to 50% of the payment will be returned due to fees and administrative costs.

Social Media Support Policy

  • Voluntary exit: Clients can request chat deletion.

  • Respect: Mutual respect is required.

  • No spam or link sharing in public spaces.

Limitations The vendor does not guarantee the product/service will meet expectations or produce specific results. The buyer waives the right to claim damages from usage.

Disclaimer The buyer assumes full responsibility for their decisions and releases Gonzalo W. Bolla and his team from any liability.

Claims For complaints, send an email to [email protected] including your name, postal address, ID, and the issue. All claims aim for amicable resolution.

Waiver Buyers waive the right to refunds or cancellations except where explicitly stated.

No Third-party Transfers Services/products are non-transferable to third parties.

Purchase Rejection Multiple refund requests or policy violations may lead to purchase denial. An explanatory email will be sent within 14 days.

Terms Modification Gonzalo W. Bolla may modify these terms at any time. Purchases are subject to the terms in effect at the time of payment.

Jurisdiction Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
