What is breathwork:
Conscious connected breathing is a way by which we can experience different states of consciousness and inner perception for physical and emotional well-being.
The practice that we will share is a moderate and high intensity breathwork that facilitates a greater awareness of the body that sometimes produces a release of physical and emotional tensions followed by a sensation of calm, mental clarity and a feeling of renewal.1

How will we do it:
You will learn a powerful breathing pattern, connected breathing, to work with during the session that is done lying down on comfortable mats to start breathing with evocative music.
At the end we will open a circle of word, integration of what has been lived and accompanied by something fresh to drink.
No previous experience in meditation, yoga, etc. is required.
